Troubleshooting and repair is the most common service we provide. Our service technicians are certified, trained and equipped to deal with most service situations, and our deep CSI and design engineering team is there to back them up when they run into something really difficult.

Troubleshooting and repair is available on an as-needed basis during business hours by calling (707) 449-0341. We also offer 24/7 service through annual service contracts, which provide a 24-hour service phone number and provide guaranteed response time. Contracts include preventive maintenance and inspection, committed response time, discounts from standard rates for time and material, and preferential scheduling.
